Kindness So Electric is a collaboration between PS 34 and Thrive Collective’s RHYME program. This song is about students going for their passions and reframing negative thoughts to positive through arts, unity and sports. Throughout the course of 20 weeks students and teaching artist connected to learn about hip hop, and produce an original record which culminated into a music video. Students learned history of hip hop, how to write a song, how to record, produce and perform as well.
